Yes, all the data in Altium 365 travels only via a secure connection. At the moment we exclusively use an industry-trusted version of the TLS protocols 1.2. We have successfully phased out the vulnerable 1.0 and SSL. We are ready to enable TLS 1.3 support, once its adoption by the clients (browsers) will reach a reasonable depth.
From the Altium Designer side, support of newer protocols was added starting from version 20.1.14, i.e. it is a minimal version required to work with Altium 365.
