- We utilize DPAs and SCCs for subcontractors/vendors.
- Altium Designer stores PII data (email and password only) if you are using on-demand licenses or need to log in to download a product update.
- We also capture and maintain PII data in order to support our Marketing (Marketo), Sales (Salesforce), Customer Support (Salesforce), and Finance (Netsuite) business operations functions.
- The PII data stored in these commercial SaaS business systems is limited to Account address and Contact email and phone number data.
